Dhruv is responsible for origination, shortlisting, due diligence and capital raise of new deal flow at Anicut Angel Fund. His prior experience has been in spearheading the evaluation of fresh investments in Angel network space.

A Jayaseelan
Jay heads underwriting and monitoring for the fund since inception, where he is responsible for constructing and managing the portfolio to suit fund’s investment objectives and investee companies’ aspirations. Jay has 18 years of experience in commercial banking, equity / debt fund raising and private credit.

Venkatesh is responsible for governance and fund operations since the inception of the Fund, where he focusses on setting up new funds, onboarding fund alliances, fund accounting, audit and statutory compliance. Veteran with over 23 years of experience in handling investment operations, debt syndication and audit compliance.
