Bridging Capital to Opportunities

The name “Grand Anicut” is inspired from the world’s oldest functional water regulating structure Kallannai

Kallannai is a check dam built 2000 years ago across River Cauvery at Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu – India. This dam is an epitome testimony of ancient engineering skills and an inspiration to many modern-day dams. The idea behind the construction of the dam was to divert the river to the delta districts thereby boosting irrigation.

Anicut Capital’s founding principles are centered on this concept.
